5C006-25092: Cry Child Cry / Stuck (The Circle) (1975) - no direct Beach Boys involvement, but interesting nonetheless; Jack Rieley was the Beach Boys' manager from 1971-1973. After the recording of the Holland album, when the Beach Boys returned to California, Jack Rieley decided to stay in the Netherlands (and was shortly after that decision fired as the BB manager). He then got in contact with Machiel Botman; together they record an album called Western Justice., from which this single was drawn. This is a promo copy, a stock copy also exists with a small sleeve variation as well. |
